We are delighted to hear that Drogheda River Rescue and Recovery Service Volunteers have been nominated for a Volunteer Ireland Award this year. Alan our Chairperson and Adrian our Vice Chairperson were both nominated along with our Organisation.

We are so proud of all our volunteers who provide their time, it is great to see that their dedication, time, hard work has been recognised in the community that they serve.

The 2020 awardees will be announced on the Volunteer Ireland website on the 5th of December.
