🚨INCIDENT 7/9/20

Last night at approximately 11:55pm our crews came across a number of youths around mell football field with open containers and tampering with lifebuoys.

Our crews immediately were met by the teenagers who grew violent towards the crew and had started to throw rocks and other objects at our emergency vehicles M1 & M2.

Our crew had then called for assistance from the Gardai so we could get the youths moved on so they were no longer a threat to our crew or the rivers edge.

Our crew were stood down at 1:30am and returned back to our boathouse at horselane. Where we washed down our vehicles and restaged our equipment ready for the next call out.
